Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order and payment are confirmed.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing the order — no changes can be made once the order is confirmed.
Once your order is fulfilled, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update with delivery estimates and transit progress.

2. Estimated Delivery
Standard international delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
All delivery timelines are estimates only — delays may occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Actual delivery time will follow the most recent tracking updates provided by the carrier.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

4. Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to our warehouse in China due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed parcel), the cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries caused by customer address input errors or missed pickup.
We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns Policy

1. Return Request
Before returning any item, please submit a return request via email to [
info@wearefreehand.com] and wait for approval.
The return address will be provided only after your request is approved.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 7 days from the date the order is marked “delivered.”
  • Once approved, the return must be shipped back within 5 days, using a trackable courier.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time — only returns.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or missing tags may be rejected and not refunded.

3. Customs & Return Duties
For international returns, please clearly mark the package as “RETURN” to minimize customs charges.
If import duties or handling fees are incurred during return delivery, they will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will be refunded the product value only, excluding original shipping and any return duties.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries due to customer error (e.g. wrong address, unclaimed parcel).

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items purchased during promotional periods are non-refundable.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the item is shipped.
Once dispatched, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–10 business days.

7. Repairs
We offer limited repair services and part replacements depending on product type and condition.
